What is a Template?
It is a set of information that is requested from a supplier. Since there are different types of suppliers, there are also different types of templates. The Provek portal has the following Official Provek templates

Once uploaded, they require verification of the Administrator Role

| Photos of the supplier's fiscal domicile, through a physical visit to the supplier's facilities, verifying that the supplier has the assets, personnel and infrastructure to provide the services and produce or market the goods. | Only |
| Sketch of the supplier's location (by Geolocation of the supplier, through the Google Maps website or any other application that allows locating the exact and recent address of the supplier). | Only |
